Fostering Inclusivity: How Our Company Supports Disabled Staff Members and Works with Organizations Helping Disabled People into Work

Creating a Supportive Environment for Disabled Staff Members- At Viking, myself and Matt believe that diversity is our strength, and we are dedicated to fostering an inclusive workplace culture where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.

Therefore we are registered as Disability Confident employers, we work in partnership with the Welsh government scheme for recruiting and training disabled people and we actively seek applicants who may otherwise (illegally/discriminatorily) be excluded from live event and festival roles due to their access requirements and reasonable adjustment needs.

As an autistic ADHDer with epilepsy myself, I am really passionate about supporting those with disabilities (hidden and otherwise) to reach their full potential and prove to others that their additional/different needs are not something to hold them back. We can all achieve great things if we are accommodated for.
